If it arrives to the customer with any defects, we accept the return of unused products within 14 days of delivery for exchange.

Shipping times will vary based on the options you select at checkout. Online orders without engraving options will typically ship the next day. Orders with Signature Line branding have a typical processing time of 3-5 days before shipping. Orders requiring Custom Artwork to be designed will normally delay shipping by 1 week, as the order will not be processed until the artwork is approved by the customer.

We'll happily exchange any defective board for one of identical material and options.
Just ship it back with a note explaining what happened, and allow about 7 days for us to craft and ship your replacement. Because every board is handcrafted, one-of-a-kind, and made in small batches, we don't offer cash refunds, but we stand behind everything we make.
