Last year I moved Ron from Sacramento to a little town outside of Redding—200 miles north to the home he'd been dreaming about for 40 years.
He just had to get out of the city, so I helped him and his wife retire to the hilltop retreat of their dreams, overlooking Mt. Shasta.
As contractor his entire career, Ron’s first question after finishing the remodels on his new estate was:
