Last year I moved Ron from Sacramento to a little town outside of Redding—200 miles north to the home he'd been dreaming about for 40 years.
He needed to get out of the city, so I helped him and his wife retire to the hilltop retreat of their dreams, overlooking Mt. Shasta.
A contractor his entire career, Ron’s first question after finishing the remodels on his new estate was:
"Now, what should I build?"
My answer:
"How about something people use every day? I’ve got some ideas…"
