Every year, the Saturday after Thanksgiving reminds us that local businesses are the heart of our community. Whether it’s your favorite coffee shop, boutique, plumber, salon, or bakery, every purchase helps keep Lincoln’s downtown lively and strong.
DLA: Free Gift Wrapping
The Downtown Lincoln Association will offer free gift wrapping. Bring your gifts bought on Small Business Saturday to the DLA booth next to Maggie May’s Gifts on the Blvd (519 Lincoln BLVD). Volunteers will wrap your presents for free as a thank you for shopping local. If weather allows, the booth will be open from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
This holiday season, shop small, eat local, and explore Downtown Lincoln. Many shops will have special deals, unique gifts, and festive events to start the season.
